My first day in Paris was spent walking around, taking in all the wonderful architecture and surroundings. There was a slight chill in the air, but it was a fall day and very refreshing from the hot days of Florida.
As I walked the streets a fog began to roll in, then all at once in a distance I saw it - the Eiffel Tower. So thought, I can walk there before it gets dark, as it looked so close. Of course being as big as it is, the walk was a little longer than expected.
As you’ll see from this series of photos that are destine to become my next painting series entitled “A Day in Paris,” it was a long walk, but well worth the effort and the resulting blisters on my feet.
